Redefining Coffee

Nestled in the heart of North London’s Highbury, Profile opened with the desire to change the way locals experience and enjoy coffee. We proudly feature a seasonal selection from La Cabra, serving their coffees as both our house espresso and on filter. As London’s first café to brew La Cabra using a dedicated reverse osmosis water filtration system, we’re committed to delivering every cup at its absolute best.

Sensory Pairings

We enjoy challenging industry trends by experimenting with sensory flavour combinations across our food and drink menus. Recently, we put our own spin on the viral matcha compotes –pairing hand-whisked matcha with imported tonic water from Greece to create our Grapefruit Matcha Tonic and Yuzu Matcha soda, inspired by nostalgic seaside summers.

Slowing Down

We serve coffee, but we’re not your typical coffee shop. Inspired by the great cafés of Europe, where conversation blooms and writers, artists, activists and intellectuals make their mark, we’ve made a conscious decision to slow things down. We have one sharing table dedicated to laptop-users and no 60-minute maximum for our tables.
